Adroit Infotech Limited — Board Meeting, 26-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adroit Infotech has announced a board meeting on 7th August 2024, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 2024. The consolidated revenue stood at ₹655.59 lakh with a profit of ₹48.52 lakh, while standalone profit was ₹34.78 lakh. The board appointed Ms. Kanthi Reddy Sunkerneni as an additional director. Re-appointments for internal auditors and secretarial auditors were approved. An overdraft facility for working capital was sanctioned with Axis Bank. The board approved a payout to a former director of its subsidiary, Verso Altima India. Key committees were reconstituted following the end of tenure of an independent director.
