New Delhi Television Limited has announced the voting results of its 37th Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. All 11 resolutions, including adoption of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, re-appointment of directors and auditors, appointment of secretarial auditors, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, re-designation of a director, adoption of new Articles of Association, and approval of a scheme of amalgamation with wholly-owned subsidiaries, were passed with an overwhelming majority. Voting turnout stood at approximately 64.78%. The approvals support NDTV’s corporate governance continuity and streamline its organizational structure through amalgamation.
