T. Spiritual World Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including approval of the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing. The Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 2025 were approved. The Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 is appointed as M/s. Jain N.K. & Co. Mr. Rahul Bhutoria is appointed as scrutinizer for e-voting and poll processes at the AGM. The Board has proposed re-appointment of Mr. Netra Bahadur Ranabhat as Managing Director & CEO for five years and Mrs. Priti Abhay Vakhare for a second term as Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. Neither director is disqualified from holding office.
