T. Spiritual World Limited has announced a board meeting outcome that includes scheduling the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing. The Board approved the Notice for the AGM, the Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion Analysis Report for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company appointed M/s. Jain N K & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and Mr. Rahul Bhutoria as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Mr. Netra Bahadur Ranabhat has been reappointed Managing Director & CEO for five years from August 19, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Priti Abhay Vakhare is proposed for reappointment as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. Both directors meet all compliance criteria and are not disqualified from holding office.
