Sula Vineyards Limited has announced the proceedings of its 22nd Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. The meeting included adoption of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and approval of a final dividend of Rs. 3.60 per share of Rs. 2 each. Mr. Deepak Shahdadpuri was re-appointed as Director, and Sunil Agarwal & Co. was appointed as the company’s secretarial auditor.
