Nestlé India Limited has announced the conclusion of its 66th Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. The meeting reviewed the company’s performance and achievements across six strategic themes covering 2015 to 2025. Members approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results, confirmed interim dividends, and declared a final dividend. Mr. Satish Srinivasan was re-appointed as Director. The Board approved the remuneration of Cost Auditors, re-appointed Mr. PR Ramesh as Independent Director for a second term, appointed Mr. Manish Tiwary as Managing Director for five years, and appointed new Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term.
