T. Spiritual World Limited has announced a board meeting outcome covering the approval of the 39th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing. The Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion Analysis for the year ended March 2025 were approved. The Register of Members will be closed around the AGM, with e-voting enabled. Mr. Rahul Bhutoria has been appointed as scrutinizer for voting. M/s Jain N.K. & Co. is appointed Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Mr. Netra Bahadur Ranabhat is set for re-appointment as MD & CEO for five years pending shareholder approval, and Mrs. Priti Abhay Vakhare is recommended for a second term as Independent Director. Both directors are clear of any SEBI or other authority restrictions.
