Eimco Elecon has announced the voting results of its 51st Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved all resolutions including adoption of the financial results for the year, declaration of dividend, re-appointment of Mr. Mukulnarayan Dwivedi as director, appointment of secretarial auditors, and appointment of Dr. Sonal V. Ambani as an independent director for five years. Approval was also granted for related party transactions with Emtici Marketing LLP, adoption of new Articles of Association, and ratification of cost auditor remuneration. All resolutions passed comfortably with majority support across promoter and public shareholding.
