T. Spiritual World Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing. The company approved the Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion Analysis for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Register of Members will be closed ahead of the AGM, and e-voting details were finalized. M/s. Jain N.K. & Co. has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Netra Bahadur Ranabhat as Managing Director & CEO for five years and Mrs. Priti Abhay Vakhare as an Independent Director for a second term, both subject to shareholder approval.
