Suryoday Small Finance Bank has announced a board meeting to approve the re-appointment of Mr. Ranjit Jayant Shah as Non-Executive Non-Independent Investor Director and Mr. Baskar Babu Ramachandran as Managing Director & CEO for three more years starting January 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. Mr. Ramachandran has led the bank since its microfinance beginnings in 2008 and brings extensive banking and finance experience. Both directors are independent of other key personnel and compliant with regulatory norms.
