REC has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Ananthapuram II Power Transmission Limited, set up to execute a 3GW inter-state transmission project for integrating Ananthapuram-II REZ Phase-II. REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) acts as Bid Process Coordinator for the project.
