Keynote Financial Services has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Promoter group shareholding reshuffle took place via an off-market inter-se transfer: Mr. Vivek Suchanti acquired 2.82 lakh shares (5.07% stake) from Nirmal Suchanti HUF by partition of HUF, increasing his holding to 10.45%. The total share capital remains unchanged at ₹5.56 Cr (55.66 lakh equity shares). This intra-promoter transfer does not impact overall promoter holding but consolidates shares under Mr. Vivek Suchanti.
