Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved a preferential issue of up to 30.77 lakh fully convertible warrants to Malabar India Fund Limited at Rs. 455 per warrant, aggregating to Rs. 139.99 Cr. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held to seek shareholder approval for this issuance. The board also accepted the resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Ms. Vibhuti Kulkarni, effective July 4, 2025. This fundraise could support the company’s growth plans and strengthen its financial position.
