Mr. Kalpesh Harishbhai Palan joins as an Additional Non-Executive & Independent Director with expertise in hotel, construction, and service sectors. Mr. Ashok Dipachandbhai Ghiya resigned from his Non-Executive Director position. The company is also shifting its registered office within Rajkot to a new rented location at Vivekanand Main Road.
