TPL Plastech Limited — Others, 26-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

TPL Plastech has announced a postal ballot seeking shareholder approval for material related party transactions in FY 2025-26 with its holding company, Time Technoplast Limited, and Avion Exim Private Limited. The company plans to enter into contracts with Time Technoplast up to Rs. 325 Cr and with Avion Exim up to Rs. 85 Cr for the purchase and sale of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), raw materials, and related components. These transactions, integral to meeting increased demand and operational efficiency, will be conducted at arm’s length and subject to quarterly review by the Audit Committee and Board.
