Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited has announced the proceedings of its Thirty-seventh Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. The Board reviewed the financial results for the quarter and half-year and approved a dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share for the year. Shri Mahesh K. Kamdar was reappointed as a Director and approved to continue as a non-executive director beyond 75 years. Shri Vipin Chandra Sati was appointed as Director and Whole-time Director, with remuneration approved. A Secretarial Auditor was also appointed. All resolutions were passed with the required majority through e-voting and electronic polling during the meeting.
