Elgi Rubber Company Limited — Important, 26-06-2025: Sale or disposal

Elgi Rubber Company Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the proposal to sell, lease, transfer, liquidate, or otherwise dispose of its entire shareholding or part thereof in its wholly owned Netherlands subsidiary, Elgi Rubber Company Holding B.V., and/or its step-down subsidiary, Rubber Resources B.V., along with their assets. The disposal will be executed in one or more tranches to unrelated third parties, subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution. The company is yet to identify buyers or finalize agreements, with completion expected by December 2026. The subsidiaries contributed about 25.5% each to revenue but hold negative net worths as of March 2025.
