Styrenix Performance Materials Limited has completed a merger of its Thailand subsidiaries, transferring a loan facility of THB 7.72 crore (772 million Baht) from Styrenix Polymers (Thailand) Co., Ltd to Styrenix Performance Materials (Thailand) Limited. The loan, provided by HSBC Bangkok branch, originally financed the acquisition of shares in Styrenix Performance Materials (Thailand). Security includes a corporate guarantee from Styrenix, borrower’s immovable assets and machinery, existing accounts, and pledged shares held by a wholly owned subsidiary. This consolidation simplifies the loan structure under the surviving entity, potentially enhancing operational efficiency.
