High Street Filatex Limited has announced a board meeting at which key managerial changes were approved, subject to member approval. Ms. Anupriya Sandeep Agrawal was appointed Whole Time Director & KMP for five years, Mr. Sandeep Jagdishprasad Agrawal as CEO & KMP, and Mr. Jay Rajesh Soni as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Three Non-Executive Directors resigned, citing no material reasons beyond their letters. Following a recent open offer, Mr. Sandeep and Ms. Anupriya Agrawal have acquired control and become promoters, with the former promoter group ceasing to hold shares. The company plans to change its name to "Tusen Ltd" and relocate its registered office to Mumbai, both subject to member approval. M/s N.D. Kapur & Co. was appointed statutory auditor effective immediately to fill a vacancy, and M/s A.R. Sodha & Co. was appointed internal auditor.
