United Spirits Limited — Important, 26-06-2025: General Updates

United Spirits has announced a board meeting on the completion of its investment in Nao Spirits & Beverages (NAO). The company completed acquisition of 34,291 equity shares and fresh subscription of 31,820 equity shares plus 27,577 CCPS in NAO for a combined consideration of around INR 109.8 Cr. Post this, United Spirits now holds 97.07% in NAO, with plans to acquire the remaining shares later. NAO is a leading Indian craft gin brand with growing revenues, enhancing United Spirits’ presence in the premium craft gin and rum segment.
