Roto Pumps Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 26-06-2025: Record Date

The company has announced July 11, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for a bonus issue of 2 equity shares for every 1 share held. Bonus shares will carry the same rights as existing shares but won’t be eligible for the final dividend for FY ending March 31, 2025. The final dividend (if approved) and bonus shares will have the same record date. Bonus shares will be allotted effective June 14, 2025, and become tradable from June 15, 2025.
