Pramara Promotions Limited — Board Meeting, 26-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Pramara Promotions Ltd. has announced a board meeting on the conversion of 4,38,056 warrants into equity shares at Rs. 123.50 each, raising Rs. 4.06 Cr in cash. Following this allotment, the paid-up equity capital rose to Rs. 11.41 Cr from Rs. 10.97 Cr. Promoters subscribed to 3,00,000 shares while the rest went to non-promoter investors. Warrants worth 1,61,944 shares remain pending for conversion. This capital infusion will strengthen the company’s equity base and provide cash for growth initiatives.
