Bank of Maharashtra has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The trading window for the bank’s directors, designated persons, their relatives, and connected persons will be closed from 1st July until 48 hours after the results are declared. This temporary trading restriction aims to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period around the financial disclosures.
