Embassy Developments has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company completed the acquisition of Squadron Developers Private Limited for INR 456.61 crore in cash. SDPL owns and holds development rights on a 10.59-acre land parcel in Embassy Hub, Yelhanka, Bengaluru, with a planned 1.27 msft residential project of premium and luxury apartments. This acquisition strengthens Embassy’s pipeline and expands its presence in Bengaluru’s growing real estate market. SDPL had negligible turnover over the past three years.
