Ms. Srivastava, a Law graduate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has over 14 years of experience in corporate governance, having worked with Whirlpool since 2019 and previously with Piramal and Carlsberg. She has been instrumental in implementing key regulatory frameworks within the company. This leadership addition strengthens Whirlpool’s compliance and governance capabilities, supporting its operational and regulatory adherence.
