Laurus Labs Limited — Others, 26-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Laurus Labs has announced a 20th Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing with attendance from all key Board members including the CEO and CFO. Shareholders approved the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ending March 31, 2025, along with the Board and Auditors’ reports. The meeting ratified two interim dividends at Rs. 0.40 and Rs. 0.80 per equity share for FY 2024-25. Re-appointments of executive directors and modifications to employment terms of certain whole-time directors were also approved. Voting was conducted electronically with all resolutions passed successfully.
