Central Bank of India — Dividend/Bonus, 26-06-2025: Record Date

Central Bank of India has fixed July 4, 2025, as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for the final dividend of Rs. 0.1875 per equity share for FY 2024-25. The dividend payout is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on July 19, 2025. Shareholders holding shares in electronic or physical form by the record date will receive the dividend within 30 days post-AGM, after applicable tax deductions.
