RR Kabel has announced a board meeting on 21 July 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Leadership changes effective 1 June 2025 include Shri Mahendrakumar Kabra as Managing Director and new executive directors appointed. RR Kabel maintains strong governance, comprehensive ESG initiatives, and a robust pan-India and international distribution network spanning 74 countries with exports contributing ~26% revenue. The board will also consider dividends with a recommended final dividend of INR 3.50 per share.
