AdaniConneX, a JV of Adani Enterprises, has completed a full acquisition of Granthik Realtors Pvt Ltd for ₹85.99 Cr. Though GRPL hasn't started commercial operations, it holds a sizeable land parcel and key infrastructure licenses, providing ACX an accelerated entry into infrastructure development. This move strengthens Adani’s footprint in infrastructure by securing ready-to-develop assets, potentially enhancing project pipeline and long-term value creation in the sector.
