- Revenue from operations grew to ₹3,682.19 lakh from ₹3,390.48 lakh.
- PBT increased to ₹1,179.81 lakh from ₹656.64 lakh.
- PAT surged to ₹911.33 lakh from ₹580.40 lakh.
- Basic EPS rose to ₹6.40 from ₹5.77.
- Share capital at ₹1,367.31 lakh remained stable.
**Balance Sheet & Cash Flows:**
- Total standalone assets rose to ₹11,613.99 lakh from ₹7,333.51 lakh; consolidated assets nearly doubled to ₹14,865.36 lakh from ₹7,666.55 lakh.
- Standalone net cash from operations (FY25) was ₹912.85 lakh vs. negative ₹3,331.54 lakh in FY24; consolidated net cash from operations was ₹1,014.01 lakh vs. ₹623.99 lakh previously.
- Significant investments in fixed assets and increase in working capital were noted.
The company also completed preferential allotment of 1,41,000 equity shares at ₹175 per share during the year. Operational performance shows strong growth momentum with a healthy increase in profitability and EPS, supported by improved revenue and better control over costs. Cash flow situation has improved substantially on both standalone and consolidated bases.
