Rane (Madras) Limited has entered into an agreement to sell 3.48 acres of its 4.50-acre land parcel in Velachery, Chennai, to Canopy Living LLP, a JV between Arihant Foundations and Prestige Estates. Proceeds from this sale will be used to reduce debt and consolidate city offices by constructing a new office on the retained portion. This move aims to unlock long-term cost synergies following the merger.
