Balgopal Commercial Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the acquisition of 100% shareholding in four newly incorporated construction contractor companies: Dreamax Buildtech Pvt Ltd, Dreamax Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Dreamax Spaces Pvt Ltd, and Dreamax Nirman Pvt Ltd. Each subsidiary has a paid-up capital of ₹1 lakh and has not commenced business operations yet. The acquisitions will be completed via cash consideration totaling ₹1 lakh per company. These wholly owned subsidiaries are expected to boost Balgopal’s construction business operations and enhance its growth prospects. The acquisitions are conducted at arm’s length, with the Managing Director holding directorships in the targets.
