Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited has announced the proceedings of its 91st Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. The meeting covered adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, re-appointment of a retiring director, declaration of dividend on 7.75% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares for FY 2016-17 and FY 2017-18, re-appointment of statutory auditors, ratification of cost auditor’s remuneration, and appointment of secretarial auditor.
