Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 27-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Equitas Small Finance Bank has announced a board meeting on new leadership and governance updates. Mr. Sridharan N is re-appointed as CFO for one year from July 2025. Mr. G Gopalakrishnan steps up as Head-Treasury following Mr. Natarajan Muthusubramanian’s retirement, while Mr. Rohit Phadke’s tenure as Senior President is extended by one month. Additionally, Mr. Ramesh Rangan is re-appointed as an Independent Director for three years starting November 2025. The 9th AGM will be held via video conferencing in September, where shareholders will also approve director appointments.
