The AGM will consider adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements and approve re-appointment of Ms. Mariam Pallavi Baldev as director. Ms. Shalini Kapoor has been appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term, bringing over 28 years of technology and leadership experience including senior roles at Amazon Web Services and IBM. Additionally, M/s. BMP & Co. LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, starting FY 2025-26, at a remuneration of ₹6 lakh plus applicable taxes.
