Nitco Limited — Important, 27-06-2025: Agreements

Nitco Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Total Environment Building Systems Pvt. Ltd. for plotted development of its land in Alibaug (Shrigaon, Kalwadkhar, Mondvira & Dehenkoni villages). The deal is valued at a minimum Rs. 350 Cr over three years, with Rs. 58.42 Cr received as an interest-free adjustable advance. Total Environment is an independent developer with no shareholding links to Nitco. This partnership unlocks significant value from underutilized land assets.
