Satin Creditcare Network Limited — Board Meeting, 27-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Satin Creditcare Network has announced a board meeting on which approved key leadership changes and a major fundraise plan. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma and Mr. Anupam Kunal Gangaher were appointed as Independent Directors for three years, while Dr. Harvinder Pal Singh was re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for five more years starting October 2025. Mr. Anil Kaul resigned as Independent Director due to professional commitments. The company plans to raise up to INR 5,000 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures through private placements, pending shareholder approval. The 35th AGM is set for August 7 via virtual platform.
