GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced a successful conclusion of its 100th Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. Shareholders approved all key resolutions, including adoption of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, declaration of a final dividend of Rs 42 per equity share, and re-appointment of directors including Mr. Juby Chandy and Dr. Sunita Maheshwari as Independent Director. Parikh & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors and the remuneration of the Cost Auditors was ratified.
