Chaturvedi & Agrawal), Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditors was approved for a five-year term from the conclusion of the 39th AGM till the 44th AGM. This follows the completion of two consecutive terms of the existing auditor. M/s Class & Co. brings strong expertise in audits, accounting, tax consultancy, and regulatory services across sectors. The 39th AGM will be held via video conference. This change ensures continued robust financial oversight, which is important for shareholders' confidence.
