DAM Capital Advisors Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting through video conferencing, chaired by Mr. M.V. Nair. The meeting covered approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financials, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), re-appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Mehta as director, and continuation of KKC & Associates LLP as statutory auditors. Ms. Nithya Easwaran was appointed as an Independent Woman Director. Revision of remuneration for Whole Time Director Mr. Jateen Doshi was also approved. The MD & CEO highlighted a strong FY25 performance and a robust IPO pipeline for FY26. Members participated actively with queries addressed by management.
