Servotech Renewable Power System Limited — Board Meeting, 27-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Servotech has announced a board meeting approving the conversion of 10 lakh warrants held by Coeus Global Opportunities Fund into equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 83.40/share, raising Rs. 62.55 Cr. This takes the paid-up capital higher by Rs. 10 Cr. Dr. Yogita Patra joins as an additional Non-Executive Woman Independent Director, bringing strong HR expertise. Mr. Anoop Kumar Ghosh is appointed as internal auditor for FY26. The board also authorized borrowings and creation of charge up to Rs. 600 Cr. Several director appointments and financial authorizations will be put to shareholders via postal ballot.
