Nazara has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary, Sportskeeda Inc., is acquiring all intellectual property rights of Prime Timer, a US-focused digital media platform with 200K users and 1.4 million monthly pageviews. The acquisition, valued at up to USD 500,000 (~INR 4.28 Cr), aims to strengthen Nazara’s position in global entertainment media by leveraging Prime Timer’s engaged user base and content infrastructure. The transaction will be completed in cash and is expected to close within 30 days.
