Servotech Renewable Power System has announced a board meeting on which approved the conversion of 10 lakh warrants held by Coeus Global Opportunities Fund into an equal number of equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 83.40 per share, bringing in Rs. 6.26 Cr. This increased the company’s paid-up capital from Rs. 224.85 Cr to Rs. 225.85 Cr. Dr. Yogita Patra has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Woman Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Anoop Kumar Ghosh has been appointed as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The board also authorized creation of charge and borrowings up to Rs. 600 Cr, and approved a postal ballot for regularization of key director appointments and financial authorizations.
