Servotech Renewable Power has announced a board meeting that approved the conversion of 10 lakh warrants into 10 lakh equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 83.40 each (including Rs. 82.40 premium) to Coeus Global Opportunities Fund, a non-promoter. This infusion brought in Rs. 6.25 Cr. Post-allotment, Coeus’s holding doubled to 0.88%, and the paid-up capital rose by Rs. 10 lakh. Additionally, Dr. Yogita Patra joined as an Additional Non-Executive Woman Independent Director, and Mr. Anoop Kumar Ghosh was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
