Servotech Renewable Power System has announced a board meeting on which approved the conversion of 10 lakh warrants held by Coeus Global Opportunities Fund into 10 lakh equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 83.40 per share, fully paid-up. This increases the paid-up capital from Rs. 224.85 Cr to Rs. 225.85 Cr, with no warrants outstanding. The company appointed Dr. Yogita Patra as Additional Non-Executive Woman Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, and named Mr. Anoop Kumar Ghosh as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Authorizations were granted for creating charges and borrowings up to Rs. 600 Cr. Notices for postal ballot on director regularizations and financial authorizations were approved.
