Satchmo Holdings Limited has announced a board meeting to consider and adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year. At the 21st Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing, all resolutions were approved with over 99% votes in favor. These included adoption of audited financial statements, reappointment of key executive directors Mr. Ramesh Karur Raghavendran and Mr. L. S. Vaidyanathan with approved remuneration, appointment of Kedarnath & Karthik as Secretarial Auditors for five years, approval of material related party transactions, and authorization to make investments, loans, guarantees, and securities in its wholly owned subsidiary, Satchmo Foods Private Limited.
