Axita Cotton Limited — Board Meeting, 27-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Axita Cotton has announced a board meeting on key corporate moves. The company approved the sale of its entire stake in KPR Sports and Media Private Limited to related promoter trusts for Rs. 55,000, exiting the subsidiary. It proposed revisions in remuneration for its Managing Directors, Nitinbhai and Kushal Patel, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Mr. Nilesh Kothari is up for re-appointment as Director. The board also appointed PRT & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, R J and Associates as Internal Auditor, and Reena Patadiya & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26.
