Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving a rights issue of partly-paid equity shares to raise up to Rs. 21 Cr, aimed at strengthening its capital base. A Rights Issue Committee has been formed to finalize terms. Mr. Shantanu Upadhyay, co-founder of the premium beer brand Kati Patang, has been appointed as Joint Managing Director & CEO for five years, focusing on growing the brand and expanding the lifestyle portfolio. Additionally, M/s Saket Billa & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
