Zydus Lifesciences Limited — Important, 27-06-2025: General Updates

Zydus Lifesciences has invested Rs. 3.865 Cr for a 22.06% stake in Torrent Urja 25 Private Limited as part of the first tranche of its planned equity subscription. The company and its subsidiaries will subscribe to Torrent Urja 26 Private Limited shares under the first tranche within the next 60 days. This strengthens Zydus' presence in the renewable energy space, with incremental investments planned to deepen its footprint in these solar energy subsidiaries.
