Bank of India — Others, 27-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bank of India has announced a dividend of Rs. 4.05 per equity share (40.50%) for the year 2024-25. The 29th Annual General Meeting was held via video conference, where key items including approval of the audited financial statements for the year, dividend declaration, and appointment of M/s Sawant & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years were passed with overwhelming shareholder support. The Government of India, holding 73.38%, and other shareholders voted in favour with over 99% approval across resolutions. The Bank highlighted its operational achievements and initiatives for FY 2024-25 during the meeting.
